At Gifts of Flowers Designed by TA, our goal is to ensure you are happy with each and every delivery.

Because flowers are a natural, perishable product, their longevity and appearance may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. For this reason, slight variations in freshness and appearance are considered normal.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will thoughtfully review your concern. When appropriate, we may offer a refresh or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed once flowers have been delivered.
