Do you offer custom floral arrangements?
Yes. We love creating custom designs. If you have a specific color palette, flower preference, or occasion in mind, please use our Custom Floral Request option or contact us directly. Custom designs are quoted before completion.
Can I request specific flowers?
You may request specific flowers, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, availability depends on season and supplier availability.
Substitutions & Seasonal Availability
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Our designs are designer-created and one-of-a-kind. While we follow the style, color palette, and overall feel shown, exact flowers may vary due to seasonal availability.
What happens if a flower is unavailable?
If a specific flower is unavailable, we will make a thoughtful substitution of equal or greater value, keeping the design cohesive and beautiful. This allows us to deliver fresh, high-quality blooms every time.
Delivery Information
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer local delivery to Agawam, Feeding Hills, Springfield, Westfield, Longmeadow, West Springfield, and select nearby Connecticut areas.
Will you contact the recipient before delivery?
If needed, we may contact the recipient to ensure successful delivery, especially for businesses, hospitals, or gated locations.
Can I choose a delivery time?
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Deliveries are scheduled within a delivery window to ensure freshness and safe handling.
Studio & Pickup
Do you have a walk-in flower shop?
Our floral studio is currently under renovation. We are accepting orders online, by phone, or by text. Curbside pickup is available by arrangement.
Payments & Pricing
When is payment required?
Payment is required at the time of ordering. Custom designs are quoted and approved before payment is finalized.
Do you offer refunds?
Because flowers are perishable, refunds are not typically available once an arrangement has been prepared or delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist.
Care & Longevity
How long will the flowers last?
Fresh flowers typically last 5–7 days with proper care. Longevity depends on flower type, environment, and care.
Do you include care instructions?
Yes. We provide basic care guidance to help you enjoy your flowers as long as possible.
