How Our Event Florals Work

For Event Planners & Hosts

To prepare an accurate floral plan, we will need details such as:

• Event date and location

• Number of tables

• Table sizes and shapes

• Ceremony areas needing flowers

• Food, cake, fountain, welcome, memorial, or gift table needs

• Venue access times for setup and pickup

• Any restrictions from the venue

If needed, a site visit may be scheduled to look at the tables, measure spaces, and discuss placement. Site visits, extended planning time, setup, takedown, and additional service requests may incur extra charges.

Bridal Bouquets & Personal Flowers

For bridal bouquets and personal wedding flowers beginning at $250 and up, we begin with a consultation to understand your colors, flower preferences, style, setting, and overall vision.

Once the design direction is narrowed down, we will curate a small flower selection based on your chosen palette and preferences. The bride may choose her preferred focal flowers and color direction. Any remaining coordinating blooms may be used for complementary pieces such as table florals, accent arrangements, cake table flowers, or other event displays.

Once the flowers have been ordered and design work has begun, the floral order is considered custom work. Refunds are not available simply because of a change of mind after approval. If there is a quality issue, such as flowers arriving in poor condition or failing before the event, we will address that appropriately.

What We Provide

Depending on the event, we may provide florals for:

• Bridal bouquets

• Personal flowers

• Guest tables

• Cake tables

• Food or buffet tables

• Welcome or memorial tables

• Small ceremony accents

• Floor arrangements

• Stage or platform pieces

• Fountain or focal-area florals

Our largest event work is generally limited to intimate settings, small stage or floor pieces, and curated floral moments. We do not provide large hanging installations, major ceiling florals, or large structural builds.

Setup, Takedown & Extra Services

Standard pricing includes the floral design itself. Delivery, setup, takedown, staying during the event, returning after the event, preparing guest take-home flower bags, and providing bags or supplies are additional services and will be priced separately.

If you would like us to return after the event to take down florals or package flowers for guests, please request this in advance so we can schedule properly.
