At Gifts of Flowers designed by TA, we want ordering to feel simple, secure, and easy from start to finish.

Secure Checkout

Our website uses SSL security encryption to help protect your personal and payment information during checkout. Squarespace states that correctly connected domains are automatically protected with SSL, and checkout pages are SSL-protected as well.

Local Delivery

We offer local flower delivery to select towns and zip codes in our delivery area. Delivery availability appears at checkout after the cusotomers enters an eligible address.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available on select orders placed early enough in the day, depending on order volume, delivery schedule, flower availability, weather, and recipient location.

For the best chance of same-day service, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

If same-day delivery is not available, we will prepare your order for the next available delivery date.

Funeral Home Deliveries

We can deliver sympathy flowers to local funeral homes. When sending flowers for a service, please include as much information as possible at checkout, such as:

  • Name of the deceased

  • Funeral home name

  • Service date and time

  • Card message

  • Sender name and phone number

Because service times can change, we recommend placing funeral flower orders as early as possible.

Hospital Deliveries

We also deliver to local hospitals when permitted by the hospital and when the patient is eligible to receive flowers.

Please include:

  • Patient’s full name

  • Hospital name

  • Room number, if available

  • Sender name and phone number

Please note that some hospital units may not allow floral deliveries. If a hospital is unable to accept the order, we will contact you to discuss another option.

Delivery Notes

If you have gate codes, special instructions, or important drop-off details, please include them during checkout. Squarespace allows stores to collect delivery instructions through custom checkout forms.

Substitutions & Availability

Because flowers are seasonal and fresh product changes daily, some substitutions may be necessary. If a specific bloom, vessel, or accent is unavailable, we will create your arrangement in the same overall style, color story, and value.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check the recipient’s address, phone number, and delivery details before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery.
