I am licensed to retail in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, and I am tax registered with both state and federal governments.

How Do I Pay Online or In person?

Yes, we accept payment both online and in person. Simply select your item(s) and proceed to the secure SSL checkout page. You will be prompted to provide an email address and can choose to pay via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Square, Apple Pay, as well as installment options with Klarna or AfterPay. For in-person transactions, we also accept cash and CashApp.

For your convenience, we offer same-day delivery of simple bouquets and standard floral products when orders are placed by 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Rest assured, your stunning blooms will arrive no later than 7:00 PM. WE DELIVER LOCALLY AT NO COST IF YOU LIVE WITHIN OUR 10-MILE DRIVING RADIUS. **For locations outside this area, there is an increased rate of $10 for every additional 10 miles beyond the delivery radius. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure that our exquisite floral designs reach you beautifully and on time.

Weekend deliveries at Gifts of Flowers are crafted with care and convenience in mind. While we strive to accommodate your floral needs, these deliveries are based on local demand and require prior approval from our dedicated staff. To ensure your experience is seamless and tailored, please reach out in advance to arrange your weekend delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, as we aim to bring beauty and connection to your moments.

For after-hours inquiries, we welcome text and online orders, provided they are submitted by 11:00 AM for same-day delivery. However, we do have exceptions for our signature pieces, such as one-of-a-kind family sympathy standing sprays and our 100 rose arrangements, along with artisan corporate designs and exotic blooms, which may not always be available on hand. Custom-designed pieces may vary, reflecting the uniqueness of each creation.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we understand that there are times when variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care may impact their freshness. Therefore, please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or delivery. We will give thoughtful consideration to requests for a refresh, and in many cases, we will happily replace your Flowers.
